My Fitness Matters’ Weekly Weigh Less program is here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Join us in a weekly program designed to educate you and equip you with the tools needed to become healthier and more fit. The program is held every Tuesday via Zoom. You can choose to attend our 12 PM session or our 7 PM session. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes. During each session, you will hear from an ACE certified health coach and will learn about topics such as easy weight loss strategies, eating plans designed by registered dieticians (RD), and more.¬†The best part is that each session is absolutely¬†FREE!
