She founded MyFitness Matters to provide comprehensive wellness solutions focusing on diabetes prevention, fitness training, and lifestyle transformation from her Chesterfield, Virginia studio.Andrea’s holistic approach combines her extensive training background with evidence-based health coaching to support clients in preventing diabetes, building strength, and creating lasting lifestyle changes that enhance both physical and mental well-being.
